Polarity Lux wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or the technology they use.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML with a single, non-skipping heading structure on every page.
- Provide a "skip to content" link and clear focus states for keyboard navigation.
- Maintain strong colour contrast between text and background.
- Label all form fields and announce enquiry status messages to assistive technology.
- Keep the site fast and lightweight, with no auto-playing media or intrusive pop-ups.
Standards
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA where reasonably practicable. Some embedded third-party content, such as the live booking calendar, is outside our direct control; the enquiry form and email provide fully accessible alternatives for booking a survey.
